My cats terrorized my standard aluminum blinds. So I was looking for something I could easily lift and lower so they can still look outside. And something they can't chew. Bonus points that these are machine washable. I really wanted the thermal ones because I have old drafty windows. (( One room was always 71deg even when my heat is on 75- with these it's now running true to the thermostat)) So I ordered 11. Cause the whole house needs to match. Shipping was super quick. Like a week earlier then expected. However while it did get here early. All 11 items were wrong. They sent me the wrong color and the wrong sizes. I spoke with the sender and they rectified the situation extremely quickly. And the 11 correct items where here within days. Installation is easy, if you have ever installed other blinds it's the same process. I found out you pulled the fabric off the front a little you could see the clips easier.
I looked for a front window shade forever and they were all so expensive once you gave the dimensions. This one keeps the light out, looks expensive, and was very easy to install.

This is a nice shade that can be manually pulled up or down. It was a little on the gray side but did a great job blocking out the light and giving privacy. A nice modern look.

Measure Width and Length Correctly
Shades can be inside or outside mounted. Considering the window frame depth is the first step.
Inside Mount
- A clean, built-in look, 2 1/2 inches minimum depth requirement；
- 3/8 inch headrail deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly；
- Note there will be slight gaps on the sides due to fabric deductions.
Outside Mount
- No minimum depth requirement.
- We recommend ordering additional width 4-6 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window.
